Sustainable Sourcing
RDS Hospitality are an accredited member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, Food Made Good Programme with the top level 3-star rating. This guarentees that food produced for the RDS is sourced, prepared and served in a sustainable way.
Executive Head Chef, James Smith (left), sources all ingredients and fresh products; based on experience, business requirements and market trends. This specification is always aimed at supporting local farmers, growers and producers first.
Sustainable Thinking
100% Compostable Packaging
RDS Hospitality to reduce the usage of single use plastics where possible. They achieve this with the support of their packing supply chain to find more environmentally friendly items such as compostable packaging, crockery and glassware.
ISO Standards
RDS Hospitality's dedication to safe and efficient working practices has been recognised externally with corporate certification across three ISO standards. The standards recognise the implementation and maintenence of hygiene, safety, and environmental systems.
