RDS Members’ Dublin Horse Show Guide
Join us in celebrating 150 years
The RDS Membership team would like to warmly welcome all our Members to the 2025 Dublin Horse Show.

Admission

Members are entitled to complimentary general admission to the 2025 Dublin Horse Show upon presentation of their current Membership card.
The Members’ entrance is through the Members’ Club foyer. Members may also enter through the Belvedere Gate, Shrewsbury Car Park and the InterContinental Gate. Membership cards will be scanned at point of entry.
Please note that any Membership cards found in possession of non-Members will be confiscated.

If you have lost your Membership card, please visit the RDS Members' Club reception. On verifying that your Membership is up to date, we will issue you with a temporary Membership card for the duration of the Dublin Horse Show.
New and current Members availing of a temporary pass for the duration of the Horse Show must enter via the Members’ Club foyer only.

Guests of Members wishing to enter the Show through the Members’ Club must be accompanied by the Member and must produce a valid general admission ticket to be scanned at this point.
Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster or at one of the box offices at the Show.
Guests attending the Members’ Club must be accompanied by a Member.

During the Dublin Horse Show, the Members' Club opening hours will be as follows:
Wednesday 6 August: 9am to 8pm
Thursday 7 August: 9am to 8pm
Friday 8 August: 9am to 10pm
Saturday 9 August: 9am to 8pm
Sunday 10 August: 9am to 7pm
The RDS Members' Club will be closed on Monday 11 August.

Three-Course Buffet: €46.00 PP
No booking required, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Buffet vouchers are available to be purchased in the RDS Members’ Restaurant from 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
Vouchers are valid for one day only and cannot be split. Bar service and afternoon snacks available.

Celebrate with family on Sunday during the Horse Show. The buffet will be available along with a special children’s menu.
Children under 16 are only permitted into the club on this dedicated day of the Horse Show.

A Members-only lounge will be open during Horse Show Week for a quiet retreat in the Library.
Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in a calm, newspaper-ready space.
Note: Food is not permitted in the library.
Parking, Dress Code & Other Info

- No on-site parking for Members during the show.
- Public parking is available at UCD.
- Operating as first come, first served.
- Price: €20 per day.
- UCD car park is wheelchair accessible.
- Free shuttle buses will run approximately every 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

- Smart casual dress code applies in the Members’ Club.
- Not permitted: Shorts, sliders, flip flops.
- Members must be courteous to staff and fellow Members.
- Disruptive Members may be removed from the Club.
- Copies of the Code of Conduct are available in the Club and on the website.

Meeting rooms in the Members’ Club will not be available for hire during the Dublin Horse Show.
