Royal Dublin Society

Royal Dublin Society

Since its inception in 1731, the Royal Dublin Society has grown from a small gathering of visionaries into one of Ireland's most influential bodies.

Each Foundation activity benefits from the input of a dedicated Committee of RDS Members, whose objectives are to promote excellence, to encourage development and to advance awareness in a particular field.

Still a Society of Members who are integral to the continued success and development of the Foundation areas, the RDS is now also home to a prestigious Members' Club.
