Hall 1 (Balcony)
Hall 1 (Balcony) can be used for receptions, catering, concert viewing from the balcony (e.g. VIP area) and for exhibition space (e.g. Showcase Ireland).
Hall 1 (Main Hall)
3,580 sq m, 4,500 theatre style, ground floor. Located at the front of the RDS with its main entrance facing the Merrion Road, Hall 1 (Main Hall) often acts well as a central hub for large events.
Hall 2 (Shelbourne Hall)
2,200 sq m, 3,000 theatre style, ground floor. This purpose-built event hall complete with drapes can be used for exhibitions, conferences, concerts, exams and more…
Hall 3 (Serpentine Hall)
1,110 sq m, 1,000 theatre style, ground floor. A versatile space for hosting exhibitions and conferences amongst other events. It can accommodate up to 1,000 delegates theatre style and approximately 1,700 people for a reception.
Hall 4 (Industries Hall)
2,350 sq m, 3,000 theatre style, ground floor. Hall 4 (Industries Hall) offers features including stone walls, exposed wooden roof trusses, red pillars and glass roof panels which transfer an abundance of natural light into the hall. This hall is used for exhibitions, conferences, large receptions, exams and more.
Merrion Room
117 sq m, 120 theatre style, first floor. The Merrion Room is a superb and elegant room with up-to-date services in-situ with flexibility to host many different types of events such as meetings, wedding receptions, conferences, dinners, exams or product launches.
Minerva Suite
126 sq m, 150 theatre style, ground floor. A stunning room with polished wooden floors, chandeliers, marble sculptures and artwork make this the ideal venue for any prestigious event. The Minerva Suite comes with its own private bar, perfect for receptions and private dining.
President's Room
78 sq m, 70 theatre style, first floor. The President's Room is located on the first floor of the Main Hall complex at the Merrion Road entrance. This historic room can cater for up to 70 for a reception and 50 theatre style.
